SILICITE IMPREGNAT FOR DE-CORACY

CONDITION:

Impregnat is a mixture of emulsions of modified polysiloxins and polymer dispersions designed to protect the building surfaces inside and outside from moisture and water and adverse weather conditions and dirt. In particular: mineral and polymer plaster, sandstone, limestone, bricks, concrete, so-called lime decorations, and similar surfaces. It has been developed taking into account environmental protection requirements: it is based on water, does not contain organic solvents or environmentally harmful plasticizers and detergents. In addition to protective advantages, it also has aesthetic qualities, highlighting the natural colors of the substrate. The substrate used for long time limits the penetration of rainwater into the walls of the facades, without hindering the removal of moisture from their interior (high steam-permeability). It is characterized by:

• Deep penetration into a variety of porous materials
• intensive hydrophobization of the substrate (the effect of “drop”, “pertension”)
• High ability to reduce capillary water substipation
• very good water vapour permeability (low diffusion resistance)
• minor changes in the natural porosity of impregnated material
• Reducing the development of molds and algae
• Preventing the formation of blooms and stains

PREPARATION OF SURFACE AND USE:

The preparation in the form of concentrate should be diluted before use.

PREPARATION: The surface must be dry. In the case of vertical and high slope surfaces – after rain, wait at least 24 hours, and after cleaning with water under pressure, 3 days should be wait. The surface intended for impregnation should be thoroughly cleaned, remove fat, stains, sand and other falling and crushed fragments. Do not use acidic, alkaline or cationic detergents for cleaning.

Explain: Apply with a flat brush, shaft or airless (hydrodynamic) spray. Regardless of the method used, the amount of impregnation should be used until the surface saturation. Avoid the excess. Do not allow a flashing. Optimal water resistance is achieved only after applying the appropriate amount of impregnation. Until it goes dry, protect it from the rain.

NOTES:
Due to the diverse absorbency of materials, it is always necessary to carry out a test on a smaller area.
Do not apply to low-absorbent substrates (e.g. marble, granite). It is not suitable for priming under paints, plasters, etc. materials due to the formation on the surface of a hydrophobic coating with strong anti-adhesion properties. Store in the original and tightly closed packaging. After dilution, it should not be stored for more than 2-3 days. The room before commissioning, ventilate to the odor. Protect from the children. If the eyes are contaminated, wash them with plenty of water. If you irritate your eyes or swallow, seek medical advice immediately, show the packaging or label. Do not mix with other products.
