FLEXIBLE FARBA LATEKS FOR SPECIAL SURFACE

CONDITION:

LATEX ELASTOMER is a water-based, elastomeric coating paint with hairy and shrinkage cracking of the substrate (mostly). Designed for painting facades and interior walls of buildings. It has high flexibility in a wide range of temperatures, creating coatings resistant to atmospheric factors, characterized by low water resistance and excellent adhesion to the substrate. The presence of armifying fibers affects the high mechanical strength of the coating. It can be used for mineral plasters (cement-limp, cement, silicate, gypsum) and polymeric plasters (e.g. acrylic), concrete.
Recommended for painting the walls and ceilings of rooms particularly exposed to dirt and for this reason often requiring washing, e.g. public facilities: health care facilities, catering rooms, hotel halls, offices, offices, libraries, schools, corridors and staircases, but also surfaces exposed to frequent contact with moisture: bathrooms, walls around swimming pools, kitchens.
It gives waterproof, extremely flexible, smooth, very well covering, coating with high durability on a variety of building materials, such as: plaster, concrete, bricks, gypsum and wood-based materials, plasterboard. It protects the exterior walls of buildings from moisture absorption, and the inner surfaces give an aesthetic and durable appearance, limiting their smoothness. The soiled surface can be washed off with water with the addition of mild detergents with the help of a cloth or a soft brush.

PREPARATION OF SURFACE AND USE:

The surface designed for painting should be thoroughly cleaned, remove loose paint lobes, degrease. Old coatings of adhesive and lime paints should be removed. Fresh cement-lime plaster can be painted no earlier than 4 weeks after application. Smooth surfaces to grind with sandpaper. Taps and cracks replenish with acrylic fill-up or gypsum on the facades with cement mortar. The substrate should be primed with acrylic preparation BIEL-GRUNT or Pigment SIL-GRUNT, which will significantly increase the shelf life.
LATEX ELASTOMER is a ready-to-use paint, only in the case of thickening can be added to 5% of tap water. Avoid excess water. Not adding chalk, lime or other materials. Mix the contents of the packaging thoroughly before painting. Tools and surfaces splashed with paint should be cleaned before the paint dries.
